Positive: Appartamento molto molto bello, moderno provvisto di ogni comfort - si potrebbero migliorare le finiture , ad esempio le porte non si chiudono perfettamente. Negative: Il proprietario avrebbe potuto comunicare che il complesso non è terminato e che durante il giorno ci si sarebbe imbattutti in operai, lavori di costruzione ecc.
